I am back to copying letters from mothers who have emailed me.  In this case
it was the pediatrician who was willing to sacrifice breastfeeding on the
altar of ignorance.

I thought her point on breastfeeding being a pain was one you might be
interested in.

Thank you for your quick response.  My dermatologist agrees with you and I
am treating my feet and feeding my baby.  My husband and I are so grateful
for your timely response and it gives us so much comfort.  Breastfeeding can
seem like such a pain until someone tells you you can't do it anymore.  Then
I realize what a great thing it is.  Again thank you.
