Hello All,
I just looked at the link that Del sent and have a question.  The baby photographed appears to be crying but even in the picture following frenulotomy his tongue is hardly elevated and certainly not filling his mouth.  Perhaps the frenulotomy wasn't complete or the baby isn't actually crying....
any ideas.
