Dear Friends:
    According to the Henley study in Birth a few years ago, anemia
contributes to a perception of low milk supply as an anemic mother makes choices to
conserve her energy. Anemia in the immediate postpartum only has an effect on milk
supply if the pituitary has been insulted........as far as I know from any
literature. Is there any evidence to the contrary?
