Can anyone help?
   A friend who breastfed her  2 babies for a period of almost 4 years (from
one baby to the next) has now stopped about two months ago. Her last baby is
just over 15months old.She is now experiencing "horrible PMS", her face is
breaking out, and generally she feels out of sorts. A part from medications,
is there anything she can
do to help herself? I feel that she needs to see her doctor as her hormones
are offf
balance. I would like some input.
