Lori, 

Our hospital is non-profit. We rent breast pumps. (we have about 60 in our inventory)  We fall under the umbrella of the gift shop business license, but we are a separate department with our own subaccount. I do the majority of the rental paperwork, but any secretary could do it. We use Pumptrak for keeping track of the rentals, billing, etc.  The money is deposited into a hospital account under our department.  Please feel to e-mail me if you would like more information.
