I just stumbled upon a rather novel non-pharmacological approach to treating
migraines. It's called a "light mask" and it can be used as preventive or
treatment. According to the company (no I don't have any commercial
interest in it), it can be used for Seasonal Affective Disorder, PMS,
ADD/ADHD, and autism as well. They have a web site (don't have the URL on
this computer) and are based in the UK. The research contact's email is:
David Noton <[log in to unmask]> The mask has been clinically tested
and I found it intriguing enough to order one. Unfortunately for me, the
mask doesn't work on cluster migraines.

Personally, I think anything we can offer as an alternative to drugs to bf
moms is worth checking out.
