I'm putting material together for our big hairy meeting Monday with our Clinic docs. I have Jay Gordon's article (thanks, Dr. Jay and Cindy Curtis!), I have information from Sheila Humphrey (thank you!) and I've copied the pages from Hale...but the AAP website gives nothing but a drug interaction page when I've looked there for their official approval of Domperidone.

I want to be locked and loaded for bear [or surly docs :0( ] on this one.
