I have permission to post and am wondering if anyone has had a case where old, healed nipple piercings (with barbell type, so there is some larger scarring) prevented milk removal. This mom has what seems to be a robust supply but the milk is just plain not coming out. I have come across moms with nipple piercings before but have never seen this. Anybody else experience this? Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom.
