I encourage new moms to nurse their baby when they get to daycare, and again
before taking their baby home.  They don't have to pump as soon as they get
to work, it gives them a nice chance to reconnect after work, and they really
get to see what goes on in the place their child spends a good part of their
lives.  I did this, and I got to know my son's caregivers much better than if
