I do not believe, from my experience, that Hispanic women believe that
the colostrum is bad and thus the baby should not be breastfed during
the first few days.  This belief might occur in Latin America, but is
certainly not widespread.  It does occur in some regions of Africa,
South and Southeast Asia.  Perhaps because the colostrum is yellow.
