See  no reason why she can't use her cousin's milk.  Neo's could ask for
some simple screening tests to be assured of  "purity" of supply.

Possibly she can make arrangemnts for her cousin to wet nurse the baby after
she dies.  This may give her feelings of comfort that another woman will
care as much about her baby as she does.
