I am attempting to help a woman who is expecting triplets. She is carrying
identical twin boys who share a placenta (twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome)
and a singleton girl. She expects to deliver sometime after 32 weeks by
c-section. These babies will definitely be premie. I am looking for helpful
hints and/or to connect her with another mother who has nursed premie
triplets. This mom does not expect to exclusively nurse the babies, but
beyond that hasnot formulated a plan (no pun intended). Presently, she is
getting herself a double electric pump. Thanks for any help you can give.
