Hi,
I am working with a seven month pregnant primip who is concerned because she has experienced no breast tissue change in her pregnancy. She is having a normal, uneventful pregnancy otherwise. Breast cup size is an A cup normally, she is still wearing same bras and states there is absolutely no change to breasts. I have looked in Auerbach and Lawrence and have not found any info on this subject. Does no tissue change in pregnancy correlate with decrease breastmilk production, please share any advice.
