Dear Lactneters, I hope this will cheer and inspire you. The other day I was called by one of the floor nurses. She was very upset, it seems a mother who was nursing her baby but giving it up for adoption had the adoptive mom come in and was showing her how to nurse! The baby was happily nursing well for both the moms at discharge and it was the talk of the OB unit and gave me a lot of education material for the nurses. MAKE MY DAY.
