Martha Brower mentioned that Omega-3 long chain PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty
acids) smelled fishy. That made me remember my own frozen-thawed breastmilk
that at the time I noticed smelled a bit fishy. No one at the time could
explain to me why this would be so, as I didn't eat much fish. Perhaps it
was all those Omega-3 LCPUFAs in my milk!
