Hi everyone,

I have two cases today that I need some help with.

1. Mom has had great nursing experience with 5 month old son but out of the
blue her let down is taking a long time to happen. She isn't stressed and
has tried to pump and stimulate breasts before baby nurses, but that
doesn't seem to be working. Baby is on solids and juice but mom always
trys to nurse before giving any food. The baby gets so frustrated after 10-
15 mins. that he just starts wailing. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated!

2. A Pregnant women I taught a class to has alot of lower back problems and
has been told by a physical therapist that breastfeeding would prolong her
recovery as the hormones produced will keep her pelvis from returning to
it's natural positioning. I have consulted with a trusted RN IBCLC friend
of mine and we both think this advise is silly but I would apreciate any
aother advice so I can present a good case to both the mom to be and the pt.

Thanks,
