Just to give another perspective, I exclusively breastfed my own infant, who grew and thrived, and pumped an extra 10-15 oz per day for peer-to-peer milk sharing, all while taking Zoloft. Of course, it could still reduce supply in some mothers, but thought I'd share my experience.

You probably thought of this already, but is it possible that she started the Zoloft around the time of the 6 week growth spurt? That often makes mothers think that their baby is "not getting enough." Are there physical signs of baby not getting enough (like decreased urine & bowel movements)? Or is it more behavioral (fussiness, etc.)?

Finally, about the anxiety, it takes Zoloft 6-8 weeks to start working, so sometimes people almost feel worse when they start taking it, because they expected to feel better right away. And depression & anxiety are closely related.
