Margaret Sabo Willis, I loved reading your tips on milk expression, and for that matter, all of your posts.  I especially like your "traffic jam" analogy to breast engorgement.  Especially agree on increasing the vacuum pressure beyond the current light setting on the pump, and as you say, the vacuum pressure/suction doesn't have to be cranked up to the max, but increasing beyond light vacuum pressure should yield greater volumes, along with all the other recommendations.
