Just searched the archives, only found 2 references to this in the last 2
years, one mom called me, baby is 5 weeks old, nurses every 2 hours, and
just started nursing on one side.  She is worried about engorgement, baby
refusing 2nd breast if switched. wet diapers and weight gain has been good.
She wants to pump in anticipation of return to work. Any advice or
