Some fish have high levels of mercury so that is ill-advised while pregnant.
Then there is the concern for worms from the raw fish.  I doubt it is of
much concern while breastfeeding.  Nancy

I recently held a breastfeeding class and the one mother had asked if she
could eat sushi both now and while breastfeeding. Since I am a newer LC I
asked what her doctor had advised and she said she was told not to eat it
while she is pregnant. Does the same apply for breastfeeding? Any help would
