Dear lactnetters,
I'm trying to find some info for a friend/client in regard to nursing her 17 mos old through her pregnancy.  It's not the
first time she's breastfed during pregnancy but it is the first time she's experienced cramping (she equated their intensity
to that of afterbirth contractions).
I have LLL's BF Answer Book and BF and Human Lactation neither have anything that would specifically apply to this problem.
She feels like it could be a side effect of not paying attention to her own hydration. She's only 8 weeks pregnant and I'm
afraid she might be miscarrying.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated,
