Here is a link to information about the study.  It also has a link to the British Medical 
Journal, which published the actual study:

The 2006 study does not deny a correlation between breastfeeding and higher IQ, but 
challenges the argument that breastfeeding causes children to have higher IQs than their 
non-breastfed counterparts.  The study argues that mothers with higher IQs are more likely 
to breastfeed, and that women with lower IQs are less likely to breastfeed.  

Others more knowledgable than I can offer suggestions for responding to this study.
