Beautifully put, Ann. For those of us dealing with the whole spectrum of health care of newborns and families, there are many different issues to work with. Breastfeeding is, of course, one of my priorities, but  it is not always the # 1 thing! We all have something different  to contribute to Lactnet and that it what makes it truly worthwhile. Welcome back!
