Dear Lactnet friends,
I am working with a mom who will be traveling to India next week to visit her
family.  She has a six month old infant, who is exclusively breastfed.  She
has asked if there are any health conditions in which she should not
breastfeed.  She will be in India for six weeks.  She is most concerned about
possible contamination of water or food.  Lawrence says that giardia has been
transmitted to infants through breastmilk.  What would you advise her?
