How does she know she is anemic? Has she had a complete blood count? What is
her ethnicity?  Is she from a people group that tends to have low iron?
Does she have Thalassemia?
If she really has anemia then  I'd check her diet carefully first.  Is she
eating iron rich foods, does she get foods with Vit C in same meal? (C helps
body use iron). Does she need a supplement? (Like take a prenatal vit
