a mome with marfan syndrome who has had her second child born verry premature (32 weeks) is strucklin with production of milk She already pumps 7 times daily 
 Until now the production with  much effort is only 12 ml in thre pumping session
We already do warmth massage pumping and massage 
With her first child she did not got more than 20 ml
Does anyone know the effects of marfan on the milk production.

She trying so hard i would like to give her an explication wy its not working or a solution for this problem
