A mother recently requested information about a rehab site in
Philadelphia called Institute for Human Potential.  She has a 5 mo. old
son who had slight oxygen depravation at birth with some neural injury.
She is breastfeeding well.  Mom is looking into this institute because
it advertises as involving parents in a rehab plan, using parents as
teachers.  Mom wonders if anyone has heard of this place and give her
general information that goes beyond the PR brochure.  Please E-mail her
