Does this smell like a hoax email to anyone else?

The recall was reported in the Israeli press, although they are not
sure what the cause of the problem is and it is being recalled for
investigation. I have not seen any report that any individual or group
is being accused of poisoning the formula. It's just a recall like so
many other recalls of formula over the last number of years.
