Regarding your upcoming class to physicians: I was asked to teach similar
class last year. Very nervous. Worked on this class for weeks (maybe
months). I had all the latest, very medical, very serious, detailed
information about breastfeeding!
My first ? to them was, " Were any of you breastfed, &/or did you or
your wife breastfeed?"
I was amazed at the high numbers! So I thought this is an easy group.
 They all know about breastfeeding.
It turned out, they knew about bfing -- they know its healthy. But
they didn't know how to help a mom manage bfing.
They asked a ton of ?'s - about simple management of bfing problems.
They were eager to know. They had not a clue! I showed slides of proper
positioning, proper latch on, engorgement, mastitis, family bed, etc.
It was a big success. I felt like I was teaching my regular class of
moms (and dads).
    Have fun with it.
