Hi Friends,
Today is March 31st, the deadline to pay the fee and re-up for another five
years. Yeah I know I put it off to the last day, but I had my reasons.  I
copied this from the IBLCE website :  NOTE: Applications submitted after
11:59 pm, Sunday, March 31, 2013 will NOT be accepted


That's tonight, right? About 14 hours from now. It's 10 am on the 31st as I
write.  But when I go to open the application form and pay I get a window
that says the IBLCE is no longer accepting submissions. I'm kind of
freaking out right now. Anyone know anything? Thank you.
