Hello.  I just received a call from an OB/Family Practitioner with a
breastfeeding patient that he wants to put on Probenesid/ Benemid (trade
name).  I cannot find this drug in my Medications and Mothers' Milk 2000
book, nor on Dr. Hale's website.  Does anybody know the compatibility of
this drug with breastfeeding?  Thank you. Mary McMullen, MS, RD
