It is not at all sure that decreasing prolactin will decrease the size
of the tumour.  I realize that some endocrinologists believe that
prolactin stimulates the size of the tumour, but this is opinion.

The mother can wait and see.  That's a possible alternative.  The size
of the tumour can be followed by CT or MRI scan (no need to suspend
breastfeeding because of the dyes, no matter what the radiologists
say).
