I searched archives and couldn't find any discussion on this issue.

I'm wondering if anyone has any knowledge of the law in Canada and/ or what (if ever) any judgements have been in regards to breastfeeding kids who are 3+ years old.

I've heard plenty out of the States.  Moms being ordered to wean, etc.  I know LLL has a section on breastfeeding and divorce at their site.  I'm specifically looking for Canadian info, though.
