Hi Donna
I think the attachment piece I was given two years ago was so that the Egnell
products could hook up to Lactina. I never used it because the Egnell and
Medela "Classic" kits are interchangable and can fit either companies
"Classic" model.

The PNS can be discounted up to 10% but no more. The price is stamped on the
box. Medela actually cannot control how much a retailer charges for any of
its products. I guess they could stop selling PNS to those who discount it
more.

THe Sore Nipple solutions is kinda troubling to me as a Retailer and
Breastfeeding counselor. ( I got them in to see what they were like.) The
issue of Nipple shields has been debated on lactnet many times. I find women
who buy them were sent in by LC's, Docs, nurses or used them previously.

IMHO,I think Medela over all is a fine company and very responsive to their
customer. I know some have had problems, but this is not the norm.
