Good point Patricia,
I am always disappointed when nurses & physicians, esp. those in maternal-
child health, do not know enough to breastfeed their babies. Worse than that
is passing along their ignorance to parents. I have become very skeptical
about any physician who says "if this was my mother, wife, etc. . . ."   This
is why we should all do our own research on health care matters, then discuss
it with our HCP.
