Hi, another Rachel :-) 
You mentioned that since you don't have research to back up using Vit C, you can't offer it in the hospital as an alternative to lecithin. Are there actually references to support using lecithin for plugged ducts? I thought it had been found to have no effect except placebo. If there now are referencrs I would love to see them.
