Gloria,

A fellow LLL Leader also had the weaning from one breast situation. Several
of her children did this (she came to expect it). She, too, had noticed that
the one breast was not as large as the one the children preferred. The nipple
seemed to be "tighter" (her words) on that breast and she never felt that the
supply was as good.

We weren't sure which came first though - the lower supply or the child
preferring the other and nursing more from it. It was never a problem for her
or the kids. Plenty of milk - slow "weaning" from the affected breast so no
problems for mom. One child refused this breast earlier on than the others
and with a couple, she weaned completely from that breast. She nursed all the
children well into, or past, toddlerhood.

Not any technical help for you, but it doesn't sound like a problem in light
of my experience.
