The information that I have about the ROSS Mother's Survey is that it is a
questionnaire mailed to mothers when the babies are about 6 months old.
 The names on the mailing list are supposed to come from mailing lists
purchased from birth registries, magazines, infant hospital photo
companies, etc.  The sample size is controlled by zip code.
