Hi Lactnetters,

I am an experienced IBCLC, but am new to practicing at a Children's Hospital. Our hospital does not have an OB unit, so all of the babies we treat are born elsewhere. We are about to open a Level 4 NICU! I am looking for some LC's who work in Children's Hospital environments who would be willing to be a resource for me when I have questions. This is the first time our hospital has had an FTE dedicated to lactation, although we have several great bedside nurses who have doubled as lactation consultants for years. We are working hard to build our program.

If you are willing to be a contact for us, please let me know, or e-mail me off list at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>

Thanks so much!

Barb Fibich, RN, IBCLC
