The resident is wrong.  "Innocent until proved guilty" is *not* the approach
one uses with drugs.  That's why you have the FDA, for crying out loud.  And
Peter Hartmann has published data to show that it is the fall in the
progesterone level that sensitizes the alveolar cells of the breast to the
action of prolactin.
