Dear Friends:
    I have heard of a study in Mexico, where human milk  was used to treat 
burns with excellent results. I have heard of human milk used  to treat runny 
eyes in babies and also diaper rash.
    A mother from Colombia, South America, told me  yesterday she remembered 
being taken, at about age 8, to the home of a lactating  woman. The child had 
a painful ear infection; as an adult, she remembered that  "just two drops in 
each ear" of fresh human milk relieved the pain and cured her  ear infection. 
I had suggested she use some of her milk on the baby's  circumcision wound.
