Dear Sandy,

     You will probably get inundated with replies.  The Academy of
Breastfeeding Medicine newsletter had a recent article which reported good
results with Lecithin.  I believe the dose with one tbsp 3-4x daily.  I can't
look it up because my dh is asleep in our bedroom/library (:>)  If someone
else can't recommend the dose, e-mail me back and I'll look it up tomorrow.
