First I would ask - Was the sample of milk from one pumping or was it from a 
total day's pumping?  Breast milk is fairly consistent in calorie count over 
24 hours.  Formula is modeled after the calorie count of breast milk.  I 
sincerely doubt the accuracy of the test done.  AcK, Pat in SNJ
