In addition to shortened time of breastfeeding:

1.  Nipple confusion
2.  Lowered milk supply (sucking at breast less thus lower prolactin levels)
3.  Tendency to stretch out feedings and thus a lower weight gain
4.   Increased incidence of ear infections
