Pat and all,
When I worked in daycare we had a crock pot we kept on and about 1/3 full of
water at all times. When a baby needed a bottle we'd put it in the crock
pot for a few minutes (3 minutes?) until it was warm. It always took the
same amount of time for the same size bottle if doing just one at a time,
sometimes we did more than one at a time and so it took a little longer.
Towel dry, remove outer cap and serve!
