Non-human animals don't have medicated births, don't have a lot of strangers
touching them while they give birth, aren't separated from their offspring,
nurse on demand, co-sleep, and don't have ill-informed friends, neighbors,
siblings, parents, in-laws, and health care professionals giving them bad
advice!!!!!!!

Kathy Dettwyler, who adopted a starving mama cat and her one kitten 8 weeks
ago, when the kitten must have been about 2 weeks old, and the kitten is
still nursing!
