Hello all, The Ohio Civil Rights commision has decide to stop holding their
breath as far as Wal-mart and a reasonable settlement with them is
concerned. Our bottom line here is legislation. So within, hopefully the next
week or so the C.R> Commision will file a probable cause action with the
Attorney Generals office. The document will allow us to proceed here with a
law suit most likely a Federal class action suit . We have all come to the
conclusion with another mother being discriminated against this past week in
Dayton, that the time has come to hit Wal-mart the only place it hurts them ,
in the pocket book. We have gone the appropriate route here with phone calls
to Wal-mart, a protest march, letters, a conversation with a member of ther
board of directors, media coverage both local and national, and the suit
brought by the civil rights commision , to no avail. We need now, at least 10
people to join in a class action suit and can add more on. Well, I know right
here of at least 2 maybe three, willing to go this route. So for all of you
out there in cyber-space please pass on the information that people may
contact me via, e-mail or locally to get further information on how to join
this suit. Our attorneys, felt that it would be appropriate to begin this
process now. Thanks,
Dee Keith, IBCLC<LLLL, mother of 10 BF Children, [log in to unmask]
