In reference to the issue if any one has ever been sued for breastfeeding
support I have some situation where I wish they were - for mis-advice. This
week for example I took care of a woman who had a 10 day old and mastitis
who was put on Amoxycillint (poor staph coverage here) and told by the GYN
not to breastfeed from that breast and to "bind it". Fortunately I saw her
the same day and I think the outcome will be good but this thing drive me
crazy!!!!
