How long was this mother using the APNO?

I have not heard of mom having trouble with ulceration of the nipple either. I am always very specific about the length of time that mother should use APNO. Steroids do thin the skin.

I have heard of moms using APNO for a month or longer and have wondered if their skin is thinning.
