Camille, many of the symptoms you describe cry, "YEAST!" There are some very
good posts in the Archives on using antifungals--dosage, course duration,
etc.-- by some of our highly experienced physicians and LCs. (Definitely one
dose of 200mg diflucan would not take care of an entrenched yeast infection.)

If you have trouble accessing the Archives let me know and I will either
help you or send you copies of some of the posts. I'll be in Nashville this
weekend (Whee!) so let me know soon if you need help.
